Welcome to Prompt Me ("we", "our", or "us"), owned and published by MJ Tech Bharat. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how your information is handled when you use our mobile application.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Prompt Me mobile application available on the Google Play Store. By installing or using our application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the necessary information required to provide, secure, and improve our services:

• Account & Authentication Information: When signing in with Google Sign-In or Email, we collect your name, email address, profile photo URL, and unique Firebase user ID.
• User-Generated Content: AI prompts, descriptions, categories, tags, and sample AI images that you choose to create, upload, or publish to the community feed.
• Interactions & Activity: Prompts you copy, save to favorites, like, or report, as well as follower relationships and creator referral activities.
• Creator Payout Data: If you request creator earnings withdrawals, you provide payment details (such as UPI ID or Bank Account Details). This information is used strictly to disburse approved creator payouts.
• Diagnostic & Device Data: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic information (app version, Android OS version, crash logs) collected to ensure app reliability and fix bugs.

3. Device Permissions & Purpose

Prompt Me requests minimal device permissions strictly tied to user-facing features:

• Internet & Network Access (android.permission.INTERNET): Required to load community prompts, sync user profiles, and stream real-time updates from our secure backend.
• Photos & Media Storage (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Used only when you tap to attach a sample image to your prompt submission. We never inspect, scan, or access any other photos or files on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide high performance, security, and scalability, we partner with industry-standard, secure infrastructure providers:

• Google Firebase & Cloud Firestore: Used for secure user authentication, database storage, and security rules enforcement (Google Privacy Policy).
• Amazon Web Services (AWS S3): Used for secure cloud storage and delivery of user-uploaded sample AI images (AWS Privacy Policy).
• External AI Model Providers: Quick launcher links to third-party AI interfaces (such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Midjourney) operate under their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS / TLS) for all data in transit. Access to sensitive records is governed by Firebase Security Rules and restricted administrative access. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third-party brokers.

6. User Data Deletion & Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Content Deletion: Creators can edit or delete their published prompts at any time directly within the application.
• Account Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account, profile, and associated records. You can submit a deletion request directly by visiting our Account & Data Deletion Page or by emailing us at mjtechbharat@gmail.com. We process all complete deletion requests within 7 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

Prompt Me does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we promptly delete it from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
