How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion using either of the two methods below:

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon receiving and verifying your deletion request, the following records are permanently purged from our production databases:

• Authentication Records: Your Firebase Auth record, unique user ID, registered email address, full name, and profile picture URL.
• User-Generated Content: All AI prompts, prompt descriptions, tags, and uploaded sample images published by your account.
• Interaction History: Your saved prompt bookmarks, likes, comments, and following/follower connections.
• In-App Notifications: All personal notification history and referral links associated with your account.

What Data May Be Retained & Why?

If you are an approved creator who has requested earnings withdrawals, records of financial payout transactions (such as UPI reference numbers, transfer amounts, and dates) are retained strictly for accounting, taxation, and anti-fraud auditing purposes as mandated by applicable financial regulations in India. No promotional or marketing data is ever retained.

Processing & Deletion Timeframe

Once your request is received and account ownership is verified, all personal data and user accounts are permanently deleted within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is finalized.
