By installing, downloading, browsing, or using the Prompt Me mobile application (provided by MJ Tech Bharat), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the application.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- Guest Browsing: Users can browse, search, and copy community AI prompts freely without creating an account.
- Account Creation: To publish prompts, like prompts, save favorites, follow creators, or earn referral rewards, users must sign in through supported authentication providers (Google Sign-In or Email).
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken under your account.
3. Intellectual Property & AI Prompt Submissions
- Creative License: Prompts shared on Prompt Me are created for generative AI workflows (including Midjourney, DALL-E 3, ChatGPT, Flux, and Stable Diffusion).
- User Grant: By submitting prompts and associated sample artwork to Prompt Me, you represent that you hold the appropriate rights or permissions to do so, and grant Prompt Me a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, format, and display the content to users.
4. Prohibited Content & Community Guidelines
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against harmful, abusive, or unlawful content. Users agree NOT to publish:
- Explicit, sexually suggestive, or pornographic prompts or images.
- Prompts promoting violence, illegal acts, cyberattacks, discrimination, or hate speech.
- Content that infringes on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.
- Spam, automated bot queries, or misleading financial solicitations.
Any violation will result in immediate removal of content and permanent ban of the associated account.
5. Creator Monetization & Withdrawal Policy
- Eligibility: Registered creators earn rewards based on verified community engagement (such as prompt copy volume and referral programs).
- Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: Creators can initiate a withdrawal request once their approved balance reaches ₹500.
- Verification: Payout requests are reviewed by administrators within standard 30-day billing cycles to safeguard against fraudulent clicks or automated abuse.
- Payment Details: Creators are responsible for providing valid UPI IDs or bank details. We are not liable for transfers made to incorrectly provided accounts.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Prompt Me is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to curate high-quality prompts, MJ Tech Bharat makes no warranty regarding the specific image outputs generated by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
